Submit your underwater photos to Scuba-Photos.net

To become eligible for free display on this
website for your underwater photos, please send us an email with 10 to 20 of your best photos. We will review them as soon as possible and will
inform you whether we have accepted or refused your
contribution within two weeks.
If your submission is accepted, please send us by
email:
- The content of your own "About page", containing in English, French,
or preferably both:
- The name under which you want to appear on this website (preferably your real name, but you can also opt for a pseudo).
- Your own biography as an underwater photographer, plus possibly other details (one
page maximum).
- Your additional copyright conditions if you feel that the conditions expressed in our copyright page are not sufficient or too restrictive.
- Your email address to be put on the website (which we will crypt
against spammers).
- One or more underwater "reportages", i.e. groups of photos that will be published onto one thumbnail page. For each reportage, please include, in English, French,
or preferably both:
- The Title (25 characters maximum), to
be displayed in the banner.
- An initial caption explaining the context of your photos, location, dates..., to be displayed above the thumbnails (2 to 10 lines - it
may contain a link to another website).
- 10 to 40 top quality photos (nice, well color balanced, not blurred...), in high or medium resolution JPEG format (minimum 1000 x 1000 pixels, maximum 2MB per photo).
- A technical caption, explaining in a
few lines the equipment used, to be displayed below the thumbnails.
You may send us your contribution in several emails (maximum 20
MB per email).
We will publish your reportage on-line within one month of the reception of our "Publishing Agreement" and
inform you by email when it is done.
Important information:
- Scuba-Photos.net reserves the right to accept or
refuse contributions at its sole discretion.
It will not
have to justify its choices.
- You can submit your contributions in English, French,
or both. The texts in the thumbnail pages will appear in both languages, but your personal "about page" will only be displayed
in the language(s) of your submission: Scuba-Photos.net
will not
translate
your
texts - except for the title and the text of the thumbnail pages.
- Scuba-Photos.net fully respects the copyright of
its contributors. It will not send, sell, lease or lend
in any way contributor's photos to third parties, unless agreed
in
writing by the author or accepted in the photographers' additional copyright conditions.
- However, photos posted on Scuba-Photos.net
can not be protected against illegal copying. Contributors
therefore run the risk that their photos posted on Scuba-Photos.net
may be illegally copied or reproduced. They will not hold
Scuba-Photos.net
liable for damages or losses resulting from such unwanted use of their
photographs.
- We will send you our "Publishing Agreement", which we ask you to return after having read and accepted the conditions.
